On beautiful summer days the plateau shows its most welcoming side—warmed by the sun, buzzing with mosquitoes and gnats, with reindeer herds grazing across the endless plains while their beautiful calves skip playfully around them. For me, the summer plateau means silver-shimmering mountain trout, soaring eagles, and long days that quietly turn into sunlit nights. The summer plateau is the midnight sun, golden-orange cloudberries, green heather, and deep blue mountain lakes—colors that I have brought into the design of Geasseduottar.
