If you provide an incorrect email address, you will not receive order confirmations or digital knitting patterns. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is correct.

Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation to the provided email address immediately after the purchase is completed. If you do not receive the confirmation, please contact Siv Romsdal at siv.romsdal@hotmail.no.

Payment
At Siv Romsdal, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal, American Express, and Klarna. Payment is processed immediately after the purchase is completed.

All prices include value-added tax (VAT). Siv Romsdal uses Norwegian kroner (NOK) as the currency for product pricing.

Siv Romsdal uses a secure payment solution that encrypts all information with an SSL protocol, ensuring that your data is safe and cannot be read by unauthorized parties.

Delivery
Digital knitting patterns are sent as PDF files to the provided email address immediately after purchase. However, some customers may experience a delay before receiving the email with the download link.

Downloads
Siv Romsdal does not provide technical support for downloading digital products. If you experience problems, we recommend trying a different browser.

Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products
According to the Consumer Council, the right of withdrawal for digital products is forfeited once the download has begun, even if it is not completed. The Consumer Council specifies that an incorrect order does not give the buyer the right to cancel a digital purchase.

By purchasing digital knitting patterns, you agree that your 14-day right of withdrawal for the product is waived.
