Digital Knitting Patterns
How do I receive a digital knitting pattern?
When you purchase a digital knitting pattern, it will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. You will get digital access to the pattern and can download it from there.
I haven't received my knitting pattern. What do I do?
First, check your junk or spam folder, as the email can sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, please contact us via the contact form, and we will help you.
I ordered a knitting pattern in the wrong language. What should I do?
Contact us using the contact form and specify which pattern you have purchased and which language you prefer. We will help you get the correct version.
Order and payment
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Vipps, Klarna, and PayPal, among others.
Where can I find my order confirmation?
The order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide when you complete the order. If you cannot find it in your inbox, we recommend checking your junk or spam folder.
Gift Voucher
How does the gift card work?
The gift card is digital and will be delivered by email. When you purchase the gift card, you can choose whether it should be sent to your own email address or directly to the recipient's email address.
If you choose to send the gift card directly to the recipient, you can also add a personal message and select the date on which the gift card should be sent.
The gift card contains a unique code that can be used in the online store at checkout.
Signed Books
Can I order a signed book?
Yes. You can order signed copies of the Sápmi Strikk books directly in the webshop.
Can I get a personal message in the book?
Yes. If you would like a personal message, please write who the book should be signed to and any desired message in the "Personal message" field on the product page before adding the book to your cart.
Where can I find corrections for the books?
You can find updated errata and corrections on our dedicated errata page.
